Best Legendary Hand Cannons in Destiny 2: The Witch Queen

Destiny 2 has a lot of Hand Cannons to choose from. And in the Season of the Risen, Hand Cannons are some of the most sought after weapons in the game. While it's difficult to label one Hand Cannon as the best, we recommend the Cantana-57.

The Cantana-57 has some really interesting perks. First of all, there's a chance that the Cantana-57 will drop with the Suros Synergy Origin Trait. This trait increases weapon handling and reduces flinch from incoming damage for a short period of time.

This proves handy while clearing out large groups of enemies. Second up, if you're lucky you may come across a Cantana-57 with Vorpal Weapon and Eye of The Storm perks. The former grants more damage against bosses, vehicles, and Guardians with their super active. The latter perk makes your weapon more accurate when your health goes low.

Since this weapon drops even if you haven't purchased The Witch Queen expansion, you can try it out for yourself. Moreover, this weapon is more deadly if you have the Target Acquisition Helmet mod. Overall, not only can this weapon hold its ground in the PVE arena, it can do fairly well in the PvP arena too.

For now, the Cantana-57 has my attention, but I'm eager to see the new reworked Palindrome and Palindrome (Adept). It's only a matter of time before the Grandmaster Nightfalls go live. And once it does, we'll know if the Cantana-57 can stand up to the fabled Palindrome.
