Best moves for Umbreon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, moves determine your Pokémon’s potential in battle. Pokémon will naturally learn more powerful ones as it levels up, but you can also visit Zisu in Jubilife Village to have it learn others for a price. Best moves for Umbreon

Umbreon is a bulky Pokémon, with high HP, higher defense, and an extremely high Sp. Defense stat. Its offensive capacity isn’t very high, and its Attack and Sp. Attack are close in value. Umbreon needs moves that can make full use of its bulk. Given that, below are the best ones it can learn.

• Rest (learned from the Move Tutor)

Moves that are used by Pokémon of the same type have their base damage increased by 50%. We call this same-type attack bonus (STAB). Dark Pulse is going to be your Umbreon’s main STAB move. The second STAB move, Snarl, while low powered, also decreases the opponent’s Sp. Attack. With Umbreon’s best stat being its Sp. Defense, Snarl will let your Pokémon win long battles.

Psychic is super effective against Fighting-type Pokémon, which Umbreon is weak to. Rest is for restoring HP, a particularly great move in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
