How to evolve Murkrow into Honchkrow in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Murkrow is a Dark/Flying-type Pokémon that eventually evolves into Honchkrow, one of the best physical attackers in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Its base HP of 100 also ensures that it rarely gets one-hit KO’d.

To evolve Murkrow into Honchkrow, you need to use a Dusk Stone. These can be bought from the Item Exchange in Jubilife Village using Merit Points. However, if you’re lucky, you can also get them from Gravelers that pop out of shaking ores or as a pickable item during Distortions.

Honchkrows will also sometimes spawn in Crimson Mirelands and Cobalt Coastlands during the night. An Alpha can even be captured at Cloudpool Ridge (Crimson Mirelands).

Honchkrow in Pokémon Legends: Arceus naturally learns two of the best physical moves in the game: Night Slash and Brave Bird. And while Brave Bird inflicts recoil, Honchkrow’s high HP more than makes up for the damage dealt. It's resistant to Grass, Rock, and Fairy attacks, but more notably, it’s immune to Ground and Psychic.

Its biggets weakness, however, is its low Speed. If you want to end battles quickly, use Strong-Style moves often.
