If you're wanting to play as the Predator, then all you need to do is go to the Quick Play option and choose the Predator queue. This is very simple, but the problem is that the queue to be Predator is going to be much longer than the one for Fireteam or No Preference. The queue will display how long it should take to find a match for that particular choice, but this isn't always going to be accurate.

The long wait is obviously because most people would rather play as the Predator because of the unique skills and tactics that can be employed to take people out.
